1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the use of the VRAVE Discord Bot ("Bot"). By accessing or using the Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Bot.

2. Changes to Terms

VRAVE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via announcements on our Discord server. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Bot after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Description of Service

VRAVE is a Discord-based platform dedicated to scheduling and managing VRChat community events. The Bot provides functionalities such as automatically posting event slots, gathering RSVPs (i.e. DJ applications), logging interactions, and managing user notifications. The Bot relies on data provided by Discord and additional input from users to function properly.

4. User Conduct

4.1 Prohibited Behavior

• Engaging in harassment, threats, or abusive behavior towards others.
• Uploading, posting, or sharing content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive.
• Attempting to disrupt the Bot's operations through hacking or exploitation of vulnerabilities.

4.2 Compliance

Users must comply with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using VRAVE.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about the data we collect, how it is used, and how we protect it.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Bot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind. VRAVE, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Bot.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VRAVE, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Bot or your violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

VRAVE reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Bot, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or if your actions are deemed harmful to the community or the Bot’s operation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Italian courts.
